5. Project Changes

Any changes to the project scope must be requested in writing and may result in adjustments to the timeline or cost. Marks Building Group reserves the right to decline changes that are outside the agreed scope or impractical to implement.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

Marks Building Group does not provide a warranty on workmanship.Materials and products used in your project may carry separate manufacturer warranties.

7. Limitations of Liability

Marks Building Group is not liable for: Delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Pre-existing conditions or hidden defects in your property that affect the project.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and designs, is the property of Marks Building Group and protected by copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement for valid reasons, including breach of terms or mutual agreement. Upon termination, you are responsible for paying for all completed work and any materials purchased for your project.
